Please review our
return policy before purchasing any of AYASOFT Limited's software
products and services.
AYASOFT Limited offers a detailed
description of its software. Therefore, it is assumed that the buyer has
reviewed his/her product of choice, has requested a demonstration of the
product or used a trial version if available, and is satisfied with its quality
before effecting actual purchase of said product. With knowledge of the above,
no refund/return request should be solicited by the buyer/user on such basis.
All software is non-refundable. We will, of course, nonetheless review
return/refund requests on defective software. AYASOFT Limited guarantees the
quality all its software products listed on this Web site. Therefore, if your
product is defective in any way, it can be replaced with another version of the
same software, at no extra charge to the user.
Please send all
return/refund requests to returns@aya-soft.com, as well as your reason for such request. A reply will be sent to
you after it has been determined whether a return/refund is necessary. If it is
determined that your product is defective, you must relinquish ownership of
your license to qualify for a refund.
Courses
AYASOFT Limited offers an 80%
credit for cancellations six weeks prior to a course start date, and a 50%
credit for cancellations between three and six weeks prior to a course start
date.
Services & Consulting
AYASOFT Limited didn’t offers any refund or cancellation after the buyer has received the service from our team or purchased support. Customer can request full refund before any services delivered or any support made by our team.

Policy
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this
refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that
you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the
terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this
refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
